It has been an unintended long pause. Life has gotten precedence over writing, basically. It has been quite the year for us. In many ways, I feel like I'm constantly chasing after life, trying to catch up, but I'm coming to realize that -more likely than not- this is what life will be about in the coming years.
In updating this space, I want to remember to celebrate the birthdays I missed (here, of course):

The continued work of the house.
The end of one school year and the beginning of the next.
There has been so much to process, so much to treasure and enjoy and I'm sure I won't get to post it all or even talk about everything, but I will do my best!
